Overview

Entry Requirements
This qualification is suitable for learners who are typically 18 years of age or above.
Applicants should meet at least one of the following criteria:
A relevant Level 4 Diploma or equivalent qualification
GCE Advanced Level qualifications in three subjects or an equivalent qualification
Mature learners (21+) with relevant management or sector experience (subject to approval by Global RTC prior to enrolment)
English Language Requirement:

Equivalences
OTHM qualifications at RQF Level 5 are academically recognised as equivalent to Foundation Degrees, Higher National Diplomas (HNDs), and Year 2 of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree, reflecting advanced practical and theoretical competence.
Qualification Structure
The OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management consists of 6 mandatory units, with a total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT), and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).
