This qualification is suitable for learners who are typically 18 years of age or above.
Applicants should meet at least one of the following criteria:
A relevant Level 3 Diploma or an equivalent qualification
GCE Advanced Level qualifications in two subjects or an equivalent qualification
Mature learners (21+) with relevant work or management experience (eligibility subject to approval by Global RTC prior to enrolment)
English Language Requirement:
Learners from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language proficiency in accordance with OTHM guidelines. Further details can be found on the English Language Expectations section of the OTHM website.
The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management consists of 120 credits, with a total of 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT). The recommended Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for this qualification is a minimum of 600 hours.

At Global RTC, this qualification is typically completed over two academic years for full-time learners. Flexible delivery options are available to support part-time and distance learning, making the programme accessible to working professionals and international students.

Successful completion of the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management enables learners to progress to a wide range of academic and professional pathways, including OTHM Level 5 Diplomas.
As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (UK), learners may also be eligible for direct entry into Year 2 of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree programme, subject to university admission criteria.
